Built around your next enquiry

Make practice areas understandable

Organise your services around the matters your firm actually handles. A visitor should be able to distinguish your conveyancing, commercial or other approved practice areas without navigating vague catch-all copy.

Present professional credibility carefully

Use your firm's real people, supplied professional details and approved background information. A clear presentation supports trust without invented awards, success rates or promises about legal outcomes.

Set the right contact expectations

Explain what an initial consultation enquiry means and how the firm responds. Website marketing should not imply that submitting a form creates a professional engagement or guarantees acceptance of a matter.

What your website needs to explain

Practice-area pages with a purpose

Give distinct services enough space to explain the work, audience and next step. Attorney website design benefits from a considered content structure, rather than a long list of legal keywords.

Firm and attorney profiles

Present approved biographies, roles and verified professional details. We work with supplied information; any regulatory wording or claims about expertise need your firm's review before publication.

Consultation-enquiry journeys

Use a short administrative route to request contact. Sensitive case documents, detailed allegations and identity information should not be requested through a generic marketing form without an appropriately scoped process.

Mobile access and local relevance

Make office information, practice areas and contact links easy to use on smaller screens. Explain your genuine service coverage and consultation arrangements without suggesting offices that do not exist.

A clear process, from brief to launch

  1. Understand the firm

Discuss the practice areas, audience and current consultation process.

  2. Plan the content hierarchy

Agree service pages, professional profiles and your review responsibilities.

  3. Develop a clear presentation

Build responsive layouts around your approved identity and professional copy.

  4. Review and launch

Check firm details, notices and contact routes before approving publication.

Choose the right starting scope

An independent attorney may need a compact business site, while a firm with several practice areas and practitioners may need a multi-page structure. Document portals, specialised intake and external integrations require separate scoping. The existing package prices remain starting points, not a promise of bespoke legal functionality.

The packages below are our existing website packages. Industry-specific features and third-party integrations are included only where expressly agreed in your quotation. Delivery depends on scope, supplied content and approvals; domain, hosting and renewal terms are confirmed before work begins.

Legal website design with genuine local context

A Cape Town or Western Cape firm can explain where it operates, how consultations work and which services it provides. Good local content reflects the firm's real office arrangements and audience rather than repeating city names across thin pages.

Our law firm web design service supports attorneys, conveyancers and independent firms commissioning a website. This page offers website development services, not legal representation, legal advice or a referral service for legal matters.

Questions before you commission your website

Can you design a website for an independent attorney or conveyancer?

Yes. The scope can focus on the firm's actual services, professional profile and initial contact route. A smaller practice may need a concise site, while a broader firm may benefit from individual practice-area pages and attorney profiles.

Will you write our practice-area content?

The existing packages expect supplied business information and content. Content development can be discussed separately. Your firm needs to review and approve descriptions, professional claims and any legal notices before publication.

Can clients upload confidential case documents?

Document uploads and sensitive intake are not assumed features of a generic marketing form. If needed, they require a separately agreed system, access controls and handling process. The initial website-design enquiry should not contain client case material.

Can the site include attorney qualifications and awards?

Only real, supplied and verified professional information should be used. We do not invent accreditations, awards, client reviews or case results. Your team confirms what can be published and how it should be described.

Does the website automatically book a consultation?

A standard enquiry asks the firm to respond; it does not automatically confirm a consultation or engagement. Scheduling links or integrations can be considered if expressly scoped, including any provider requirements and fees.

Can you help the firm appear for local searches?

We plan useful service content and technical SEO foundations around the firm's genuine location and coverage. Search rankings or client numbers cannot be promised. Ongoing SEO and content work can be discussed separately.

Will the website work well on phones?

Responsive layouts make service information, profiles and enquiry links usable across mobile and desktop screens. We keep the path to administrative contact clear and avoid treating complex intake as a small-screen marketing form by default.

What changes can we make after launch?

Practice areas, attorney details and contact information can be updated under an agreed support arrangement. Maintenance and ongoing content work are quoted according to scope. Agree approval responsibilities and hosting renewal terms before launch.

Build a website that represents your firm clearly

Share your practice areas and the kind of website your firm needs. Keep the enquiry about the website project rather than a client legal matter.
